This company is developping accessories for public works machines (excavator, backhoe loaders... ). In those public works machine, buckles formed at the level of the blade can be very problematic. So the company developed a device to contain the buckle and protect it.
Operating the arm of a backhoe with a hydraulic system requires to fix a pipe along the arm. The pipe must have enough slack to follow the movements of the arm, causing the creation of buckles that can get caught into the mobile parts and be cut. This problem also exists in pneumatic and electric systems.
Innovative Aspects:
The device operates like a guide, that allows the formation of the buckle necessary for the system to work, while containing it along an axis.
Its production cost is low compared with the cost of maintenance of this type of systems when it is necessary to change the hydraulic hose.
