Large Variety of Dairies Produced in the Same Small-Scaled Mini-Plant (10 IL 80ER 3IAW)

The core of the Mini Dairy system is the milk pasteurizer. The milk can be pasteurized in a batch or a continuous pasteurizer. The preferred option is the plate heat exchanger that allows reducing the heat treatment time and saving energy by regeneration of the heat.
All the equipment of the Mini Dairy is adapted to the small-scale capacity. The quantities to be produced change according to the available quantity & composition of the raw milk, and the market requirements.
The already developed equipment configuration of Mini Dairy modular system (for 1,000- 30,000 L/D) can be adjusted to special requirements of the customer and to the production of a large variety of dairy products, according to European standards. The mini-dairy enables also the production of ethnic and special dairy products, which is not cost-effective for large dairies. The system can be used in remote areas, at farms, close to the milk producers. It can save the transportation of small quantities of milk and dairy products over long distances. The system is flexible, reliable and can produce practically all known dairy products according to world standards.
The developed system enables to:
- Process between 1000 to 30,000 liters/day,
- Produce a large variety of dairy products,
- Shift easily between production of different dairy products,
- Enlarge / change variety of products by small changes in auxiliary equipment.
- Get controlled by modern PLC (programmable logic controller).
The end users are:
i) Entrepreneurs who wish to produce special (ethnic, traditional, organic etc.) dairy products.
ii) Large milk producers interested in opening small production lines in remote areas that are either far from the main plant, or where transportation is difficult / unprofitable.
