A Polish company has developed a method of sun-tracking systems used for solar collectors and photoelectric cells that enables the most effective use of the sun radiation. The advantage of sun-tracking system is that in the summer production of thermal (or electric) energy starts at 4.30 a.m. and finishes at 9 p.m. The collector's angle of turn is 270° horizontally and 78° vertically. Operation started so early that it allows for increasing the efficiency of one square meter by 2.5 5 times in comparison with traditional collectors.Additionally, the sun-tracking systems is ideal for making use of diffuse radiation by scanning clouded sky for spots of greatest transparency, which is not so common in use. The company is interested in commercial collaboration offering the technical assistance.
