Ideally, it should be a control and management system (PLC system) based on PC, and the system should be able to manage and regulate such parameters as: temperature, speed of the movement along the processing line, time of cooling. Also, the system should be controlled by touchpad monitor, keyboard and mouse. The technology requested should be fully developed

The company that mainly produces wide variety of glass products is looking for a state of the art control and management system (PLC System) for glass toughening and bending. The company wants to modify the current process in order to improve efficiency and quality of large format glass processing, which is the main technical problem.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The sought processing line control and management system should enable to display the current parameters of its work, such actual temperature of each section, pre- warming time, cooling time, air pressures of the air entering and leaving the working line, the language of communication, - display and description should be Polish(English is also permissible).
