A system for monitoring people and cargo transportations via the global positioning system (GPS) (09 RU 86FG 3EPC)
An Innovation Technology Centre from Moscow specialized in development of
navigation equipment offers a system for monitoring and registering the
moving objects. Using the signals from the space navigation equipment, the
system transmits the object location data as SMS to the specified telephone
numbers with the specified periodicity. The Centre seeks partners for a
joint venture or a commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Country: Russian Federation
Type: OFFER
Date: 01.09.2010
The system comprises a navigation controller GPS, GSM/GPRS, a radio modem with a built-in telemetric module, a system of office paging radio connection, a registrator and an aerial GPS/GSM.
The system is able to operate the signals of different navigation devices: GPS "Navstar", "Galileo", Glonass. The major difference from the existing analogs consists in application of novel signal processing algorithms that ensure a more precise measurement of navigation coordinates.
The system is able to work in two modes:
1. Online: a digital map shows the spot where the object is presently located, its movement speed, the status of external sensors; tables are formed to show the engine's exploitation time and mileage.
2. Offline: the vehicle is equipped with registrators that constantly record its route and the status of external sensors (body lifted, passengers boarding, opening of doors, stops, speed limit exceeding, and other customizable events)
Technical characteristics:
- the system can be equipped with voicemail kits;
- automatic data zipping;
- work time without recharging 30 days;
- work time in stand-by mode 60 days;
- shockproof frame;
- overall dimensions 160*80*30, to be reduced twice by autumn 2009.
Innovative Aspects:
The main innovation lays in application of new algorythms for correllated processing of signals received from navigation satellites in the track of primary information processing.
- The system ensures a high preciseness, continuity and reliability of navigation measurements of object's coordiantes and their transmission to the control centre.
- The system operates in the frequency range of (433,92±0,2%) with the input power below 10 mWt that allows getting an authorization from the State Communication Monitoring Service.
- The systems works with a large collection of licensed maps.
- Open data exchange protocols allows the system operation under other systems.
