Computerized solution for product and technology identification and qualification systems built into production lines (10 HU 50S2 3IDT)
A Hungarian small-sized enterprise developed a computer assisted geometric analysis of equipment. The Hungarian small business is well experienced in the professional fields of servicing and sales of barcode and marking systems.
The company has become a specialist in barcode technology since its foundation. It has developed the presently recommended technology through its own R&D from products available on the market.
A number of multinational companies in Hungary use the identification and qualification systems developed by the company in their production.
The system itself consists of three main base units:
- PC
- industrial camera
- illuminating modules.
The applied software and control system are the company's secret intellectual property. The system can be integrated into the production line as well as into the final inspection. Upon request the company can undertake the production of the driving mechanisms, too.
Driving mechanism means the mechanisms that enable the movement of cameras and illuminating modules e.g. mechanism driven by a stepper motor.
The company, as a main contractor always forms the complete system so as to meet the demand of customers due to the specific cooperating suppliers' background.
Below the capabilities of the system will be presented with the help of taking the examination of tungsten auto bulbs as an example:

- searches for eventual cracks in the glass surface sliding into the socket
- checks the O2 residues remaining in the gas in the shade.
A characteristic of the developed qualifying and controlling system is that it replaces manpower and makes the whole qualifying process more reliable.
