A small company from southern Poland has a technology for production of device which enables the users to shape their figures by training in a professional capsule fitted with infra-red waves emitters. A solution is equipped with hi-tech elliptical stepper equipped with an efficient treadmill braking system.
The professional elliptical stepper enclosed in the capsule does not carry any tension over onto the joints, as is the case with a traditional one, and the movements performed on it are not monotonous, which in turn enables the training of all the muscle groups. It is equipped with a computer system and an LCD monitor, displaying the speed, time of therapy, distance covered, burned calories and the user's heart rate all accessible during the training cycle. The modern treadmill braking system introduced in the machine guarantees the highest possible levels of safety. The system of air recirculation decisively improves training comfort. It is also worth mentioning that there is a possibility of adjusting the level of exercises to the user's individual needs and level of fitness. This is possible due to the 80 individual training cycles incorporated into the system.
Research conducted on the machine has shown it to be incredibly effective therapeutically. The effects of the training are visible 4 times faster than is the case with a traditional stepper. A session of 10 exercise cycles gives the effect of reducing the fat tissue and effectively decreases body weight what's more, it guarantees the retaining of this decreased weight.
