Technology consists of a different dust collecting combination of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter in a single chamber. Most of flow-in dusts are collected by electrostatic precipitator on plate. After filtered, the filtered dust moves to bag filter which also reduces the dust again. Lastly, the fine dust is collected on the bag surface.
The process makes particulate matters clearly in between PM10 and PM2.5. Thus, it may completely collect particulate matter effectively in range of sub micron.
Innovative Aspects:
Due to complicated structure, existing products make it hard to maintain the system and to damage filter cloth by high discharge voltage.
Innovation makes it to collect flow-in dusts and to reduce dust load of filter cloth. Duration of filter cloth is lengthened because intervals of dusting space are extended. It prevents filter cloth from being damaged by high discharge voltage. All steps can be done in a single chamber, so that process is rapidly approached with reasonable operating cost and high efficiency.< Expected effects >
