The Polish SME company specializing in powdered mixtures production for baking and confectionary industry is looking for automatic mixing machines for industrial production of multicomponent loose compositions in the framework of its machine park modernization. Required machines capacitive parameters:

1) High-efficiency mixer for 2000 liters of operational capacity;
2) Small portions and masterbatches mixer for 300 liters of operational capacity.

Both devices should be characterized by high automation degree and maintenance simplicity taking under consideration mixer chamber emptying rate as well as change of produced mixtures components without necessity of time-consuming cleaning and preparing machines for a new assortment production. High mixing accuracy level (1:100000) with relatively short mixing process time (5-10min.) is required. It should all occur with simultaneous elimination of raw material wastes often being formed during loose products processing (leaktightness, dusting during proportioning, emptying). According to mixed components specificity, a possibility of inner batching/spraying powder mixture with small amounts of liquid substances (oil stocks, liquid aromas etc.) is indicated. Required devices should be characterized by low energy consumption during the production process, high quality and functionality. The company is interested in purchase of two machines from the producer on the basis of commercial agreement with technical assistance.

- both devices will be elements of technological line, this is why flexibility according modifications/adaptation to the rest of the machine park technological parameters is significant;
- because of the market diversity of required machines, the company does not limit the machine choice taking under consideration construction solution (vertical, horizontal, two-chamber mixer, etc.) emphasizing its full functionality and maintenance simplicity;
- price and devices maintenance cost should be affordable for the company.
