A Polish company a producer of wide range of powdered mixtures for baking and confectionary industry - is interested in the acquisition of specialist automated weigh-packaging line for powder semi-finished confectionary products (improvers). The Polish SME specializing in powdered mixtures production for baking and confectionary industry is looking, according to its machine park modernization, for automated weight-packaging line for powder semi-finished confectionary products (based on flour) with productivity equal 200 batches per hour. The line should weigh and pack into two kinds of packages: paper bags and PVC bucket with unitary mss equal 5-25 kg/batch. According to the diversity of applied packages, the possibility of simple and fast system rearming depending on packages specificity (size, shape) resulting from current production needs, is significant. Scales load (electronic, batching Nett type) should be between 5 50 kg with elementary scale equal 10g. Repeatability of individual batches' weight (tolerance on the level of +0,5% per batch) is also very significant from the finished product quality point of view. The machine should be characterized by the low energy consumption during the production process, functionality, high quality (according to the sanitary standards). The company is interested in purchase of a new machine from the producer on the basis of commercial agreement with technical assistance.
