The Polish SME company specializing in powdered mixtures production for baking and confectionary industry is looking, according to its machine park modernization, for automated line for collective packaging into cardboards with productivity equal minimum 2 items/min. Products intended for packaging are loose mixtures in PVC foils with unitary mass equal 0,5- 2 kg. According to the overall dimension diversity of applied individual and collective packages, the possibility of simple and fast system rearming depending on current production and logistical needs, is significant. The line should realize cardboards forming process, optimum packaging of required number of loose products foil batches inside the collective package, as well as it should be able to close the cardboard package using adhesive tape in the final phase. The company is currently using cardboards with the following sizes (length x width x height):

1) 310 x 210 x 205
2) 285 x 225 x 310
3) 370 x 280 x 260

In case of individual packages the company is using 550 mm wide foil which is used to form 240 mm wide sleeve (480 mm perimeter); bags' length from 250 mm to 330 mm. The machine should be characterized by the low energy consumption during the production process, functionality, high quality and aesthetics. The company is interested in purchase of a new machine from the producer on the basis of commercial agreement with technical assistance. Before the first contact between both sides it is required to contact the representative form the EEN organization (representing polish company) to send him an initial offer/offers for required machine together with technical specification, graphical presentation (or reference to the website when photos of the offered machine can be found) as well as suggested price.
