A new initiative concerns implementation of entirely new product that haven't been offered on polish market yet on the basis of requested know-how. Polish company active in confectionary industry is looking for specific know-how connected with new recipe of innovative sweet product to extend its products portfolio. The company is interested in new combination of traditional food raw materials and functional additives or entirely new proposition. In the wide range of company's products there are: chocolates and chocolate products, pralines, jelly sweets, drops and filled, dragees and chocolate drops, different taste wafers. Requested know-how suppose to complement the offer mentioned above and present the absolute product innovation that hasn't been offered on polish market yet. Expected novelty concerns not only new taste proposal (aromas or their combination) but also a completely new formula regarding recipe composition and finished product form and packaging. With respect to food law conditions the company expect rather natural form of components being a part of a recipe. The company does not limit the usage of current technological resources for production. In reasonable cases the possibility of machine and devices (essential for a new production) investments are also considered.
Polish company is interested in cooperation with innovative companies, R&D institutions or universities from food sector on the basis of know-how purchase, license or technical/technological cooperation in the field of product being in the market testing phase.
