Polish company from the food industry is interested in taking up technological cooperation with the manufacturer of ersatz coffee, based on production agreement, taking into account the individual sensory criteria of the finished product and its production under the brand of ordering party.

Polish company from the food industry specializing in the manufacture of instant products is looking for cooperating in the production of soluble ersatz coffee under the brand name of the ordering party. The suggested composition of the product includes raw roasted cereals (barley, rye, chicory, beet), which should be characteristic to the ersatz coffee popular in this region of Europe. The finished product would be in the form of an instant (powder or granules), and packaging in the form of carton and/or cans. The company expects proposals for the finished product, as well as having the opportunity to review the recipe in the direction of the standard expected result.
The company is interested in taking the cooperation on the basis of the production contract with manufacturing companies which have experience in the production of instant products. Cooperants should have the adequate capacity production line made to implement the order.
Before taking the first contact between the parties it is necessary to send to a representative of Enterprise Europe Network (representing the Polish company) an initial offer on the above product (product description, the composition, the estimated cost, a sketch or photograph of the suggested form of packaging) together with a sample of the proposed product to perform the necessary assessments for initial acceptance corrections or clarifications.

1. Composition of the product:
Barley, rye, chicory, sugar beets - roasted (the contents of cereals - 72%), or similar composition, which guarantees to obtain the required sensory attributes.
2. Sensory Requirements:
before preparing: loose powder or granules, easily soluble in hot water or milk;
after cooking:
- appearance: brown beverage with foam;
- taste: typical for the ersatz coffee, full, slightly sweet, slightly bitter.
3. Preferred package: tin (horn) 200 grams and / or carton 150 g.
4. Expected production capacity at

b. box 150 g 600.000 pcs / year
The proposed product must meet all requirements of the EU about the quality and legal conditions for the production of food products.
