Innovative processing line for cheese production (10 CZ 0744 3GLK)
A Czech company engaged in design, production and supplies of investment units for the food industry is looking for a partner capable to supply relatively small processing line for a production and packaging of cheese (15 000 litres of milk daily, 6 batches) that would become a part of the investment units, delivered to dairies in Russia.

A Czech company engaged in designs, production and supplies of investment units for food industry is looking for a partner capable to supply innovative processing line to produce and pack a cheese that would become a part of the investment units delivered to dairies in Russia. Interested partners should be aware of the following facts:
- Heating: Steam
- Type of cheese: Medium-hard Eidam,
- Shape of the cheese: Depends on capabilities of the processing line
- Equipment for cutting the cheese according to the commercial needs is welcomed
- Packaging: Vacuum (the foils have to have a protective atmosphere and have to enable cheese maturation)
- Milk, entering the processing line will have a temperature of 4-8 Celsius
- Whey will be warm when entering the processing line. The whey will be filtrated and cooled these two operations can be covered by the Czech company
- Services domiciled in Russia are preferred or has to be arranged
The company is well established in Russia and has a capable distribution network there. It is expected that in the first year will be required delivery of up to 5 processing lines.
It would be beneficial if interested party can provide a reference of the processing line installations.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
- Equipment has to comply with the EU regulations
- Input product: pasteurized cow milk with predefined fat content
- Steam will have pressure of 4 bars, potable water with temperature between 10-15 Celsius
- Pressure air: 6 bar
- Specification of detergents used by CIP station (Cleaning-In-Place)
