It' s a new technological production, time saving, based on precast with the use of reusable formworks and without any kind of scaffolding or need to weld or to bind the reinforcement bars. The proposed product is a supporting precast concrete wall in reinforced vibrated concrete.
The precast wall is made of panels with two ribs of hardening, extending from the base to the top, and of a concrete bed to pour the concrete. The ribs are two trapezoidal sides from the bottom to the top, the width is between m. 2 and m. 12, and depth about cm. 20 and a gradient of 15%. The wall has the same advanced technical and physical characteristics as normal walls that are on the market. The wall has been designed in accordance with environmental standards and can be finished using:" smooth concrete" stones " grass or other plants
The wall can have horizontal windows (small self-draining flowerbeds), devised in order to let a grassy mantle cover the stone or the smooth concrete.
